Tunnel Plastic

Dicla is the sole importer of 200 micron Multisolar Plastic from Vatan Plastics in Turkey. This is a high quality, UV resistant, double layer polyethylene plastic that works excellent for vegetable production. Our durable, long lasting plastic has a lifespan of at least 36 months, but can last as much longer if the conditions are optimal. Our plastic has a light transmission of 77.6% and a diffused light transmission of 56%. Our Multisolar plastic comes in the following widths: 6.8m; 7.5m; 9.5m; 11.5m; 14.5m. We can cut our plastic to any length required.

Dicla also supplies a high quality floor plastic from the same supplier. Our floor plastic comes on rolls of 11.5m x 32m and is a 150 micron Black and White UV stabilized plastic.

Irrigation

Here at Dicla we have stock of a wide variety of irrigation items, including Class 3 and Class 6 pipe, various drip irrigation systems, overhead irrigation systems, pump station and irrigation controllers, and a selection of high pressure and low pressure fittings. Feel free to visit our offices for assistance with your irrigation systems. We also supply pressure and borehole pumps.

Heating and Cooling systems

We can assist with wet-wall and fan systems, as well as coal-fired heating systems for tunnel projects in areas where heating and cooling is required.

Fertilizers and chemicals

Dicla keeps stock of the most important fertilizers for tunnel farming, along with general spraying programs for the most commonly grown crops. Dicla also supplies the necessary spraying equipment and tools such as pH and EC meters.

Seedlings

We boast a fully functional nursery where almost any seedlings can be grown. Unfortunately seedlings are only grown on order and lead times apply. 

Training, practical guidance and business plans

The skilled team at Dicla, in conjunction with the Dicla training center, can assist with training, planning, mentorship, analysis and planning.
